Play for a Pound – Games, Sport & Social Club
Important: Everyone attending the session must be registered in advance, including parents/carers and children.
Looking for a relaxed space to play, socialise and have fun? Play for a Pound is an hour of informal play where children can meet others, enjoy different activities and simply choose what they want to do.
This is not a coaching session. There are no structured lessons or pressure to take part. Children can play, relax and socialise in a welcoming environment.
What to Expect
Outdoor Sport & Games – Get active with a variety of informal sports and outdoor activities.
Board Games – Choose from different games, including chess and other favourites.
Gaming – Enjoy gaming and relaxed indoor activities.
Play Your Way – Children can choose the activities they enjoy and move between different areas.
Socialise & Connect – A relaxed opportunity to meet others, make friends and have fun.

Time: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Where: Sholver and Moorside Community Centre, Sholver Ln, OL1 4NT
Cost: £1 per child
