Digital Creators Lab is a fun and engaging 6-week digital media programme designed for young people aged 8–11.
Participants work in teams using tablets to create their own video advert from start to finish. Throughout the programme, children will learn how to:
create advert ideas
storyboard scenes
film video content
edit footage
add music and text
present their final advert
The programme helps develop:
creativity
confidence
teamwork
communication
digital skills
Sessions are delivered in a structured workshop format with guided support throughout, making it suitable for beginners and young people with varying levels of digital experience.
The programme concludes with a Digital Advert Premiere where groups showcase their completed projects.
