Navigate Number – Making Maths Fun, Active, and Easy to Understand

Looking for a fun and engaging way to help your child build confidence in maths?
Our Navigate Number sessions are designed to make learning maths exciting, hands-on, and active! This 20-week project helps children develop key numeracy skills through games, problem-solving, and real-world activities—making maths fun and practical for everyday life.

What to Expect

• Interactive Learning – Maths taught through fun, engaging, and movement-based activities.

• Qualified Support – Sessions led by experienced, DBS-checked educators.

• Confidence Building – Designed to help children gain confidence in their number skills.

• Parent & Child Involvement – We value your feedback to help us grow and improve this pilot programme.

Club Information

• When: Every Wednesday (term-time only)

• Time: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

• Where: Sholver & Mooreside Community Centre, Sholver Ln, OL1 4NT

• Ages: Primary school-aged children

• Duration: 20-week project

Additional Information

• This is a trial programme aimed at developing a new and engaging way to learn maths on the go.

• Parents and children will be invited to share feedback throughout the programme to help shape future sessions.

• Term-time only – sessions follow Oldham school holidays. For holiday dates, please refer to Oldham Council.
