Funded by Sport England’s Movement Fund, EmpowerHer is all about creating a safe, supportive, and fun space where girls aged 5–16 can get active, build confidence, and enjoy a wide range of exciting sports.
From roller skating and football to badminton and cricket, every session is packed with energy, encouragement, and empowerment. The programme focuses on more than just physical activity — it's about developing life skills, building friendships, and helping girls feel confident in their abilities.
To make a real impact, EmpowerHer runs in 5-week blocks, giving us the chance to refresh activities and tailor the sessions to suit the needs and interests of the girls taking part.
Programme Details
Start Date: Saturday 5th July 2025 - Please check the dates on the booking platform as we will not be running session son specific dates to allow our team to refresh and take on feedback to create a better environment for all participants.
